Terrible communication. PES led us to believe we would be getting the entire solar tax credit in one lump sum. All the paperwork they provided us stated that our payments would be $211.91. The paperwork stated that we would receive $21,213 from our solar tax credit. This money is to be used to go towards the balance owed on the loan, otherwise the loan would increase to a monthly payment of $305.63. Buyer beware. Ive never been able to claim the $54k for the 25 panels and new roof. I have never gotten a rebate. But since I was never able to apply the nonexistent rebate to the loan balance they raised my monthly payment. Dont trust this company or anyone that works for them!!!

Very happy with our PES Solar experience. We compared five solar offers. They were second best price, but chose them because they seemed to offer the most sensible, best-value solar package. Good quality components with the right size and ratings for Central Florida. We especially like that they are first of all a family operated electric service company, not just a sales office that outsources everything. PES Solar A few days after I contacted Chip **** from PES he came out to my home to check the property out and answer any questions. I signed up right away because the deal was so good that I couldn't believe it AND it got better. Chip told me to get a full home generator fueled by propane so that we will be covered for the duration of a bad storm. I would not recommend PES. I begin the process for my homes solar system last March. It is now October and all of the equipment has been installed since mid-August but it is not functioning nor has it ever been on-line. I used their recommended solar loan company Dividend Financial and now am making payments for a non-functioning system. Because of not knowing that the Financial company paid PES in August. I've seen reviews complaining about peoples electric bills not being as low as they were hoping. PES Solar has no choice what your electric company charges. I've had no issues with my solar install and my solar panels, every time I had a question the customer service was amazing. I'm so grateful that I chose PES Solar!
