Loved the company! They were super helpful and everytime I would call I would be greeted with amazing customer service. Milly helped keep me informed and made sure I was directed to the best person to talk to every step of the way!
I would like to actually not give a full star. If you want to wait a year to get panels then go with this business! I bought solar panels from PES they started in Dec 2021 and I still do not have the panels up and running and now of course I have to make the payment on them. Not only do I have a electric bill but, I have to pay for the solar panels. PES provided excellent service from initial quote to installation and connection with my power company. They were honest about the install and power generation and designed a system that provides more energy than I require without me have to cut down 100+ Oak tree that is unfortunately located at a considerable savings over every other quote I received.
PES provided me with great service and communication from the initial consultation to the installation. I have and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Start to finish, excellent attention. Installation crew was excellent and very courteous. Had a minor problem with Panels erratically performing. Service Technician from PES promptly came and worked with the manufacturer and were able to determine that LCEC was delivering spikes of power to the house causing panels to shut down. They adjusted the panels profile and since then the system is performing flawlessly. Salesman "Jerry" has visited my residence many times and continually wants to make sure of my satisfaction. STAY CLEAR from PES! We unfortunately signed on with them for our solar project. They were going to re-coat/Seal our metal roof, install 52 panels and a generator. A $100,000 project! This has been nothing but a half ass, problematic issue! If you want to go solar I HIGHLY suggest you go with a different company. One that actually cares about quality, professionalism and honesty.
