Because of the negligence of PES and their deceiving way of doing business, I would never recommend them. I contacted PES to get more information about Tesla batteries to have an alternative power source in case of an emergency. The agent informed me the batteries would not be able to cover 72 hours of power outage. PES recommended to combine the generator with the solar system to benefit the government credit. I would never recommend PES Solar to anyone. I've been having problems 2 months now and still have not gotten anywhere. I've received a June bill from *** of $253, I brought it to PES attention and they said that there was no feed coming from the panel, I've waited 3 weeks for them to send someone out to find the problem, they eventually did, they claimed that the android was not working and they need to replace it, I'm still on warranty and it would be done for free. My wife and I were very pleased with the work team of "Joe". They were very polite, efficient and even our dogs liked them. They must all be good people. Chip was our sales contact and he was very patient with all our questions

I was referred to PES by a friend. Sergio and Chip were great at explaining everything. They did a great job with his house and just the same with mine. Process was smooth once everything was signed. I had 29 panels installed and it took about a half a day. Took FPL about 20 days after the permit was approved to approve the installation and put the new Net Metering meter on. After receiving multiple quotes and consultations for Solar. Pes was the only company that stood out and offered the best price, I knew nothing about Solar this is all new for me so I was completely nervous. With the economy going down and being a single mom Pes was so patient as well attentive to my concerns. They didn't make me feel like I was just a $, they actually treated me like a human. I would like to actually not give a full star. If you want to wait a year to get panels then go with this business! I bought solar panels from PES they started in Dec 2021 and I still do not have the panels up and running and now of course I have to make the payment on them. Not only do I have a electric bill but, I have to pay for the solar panels. PES provided excellent service from initial quote to installation and connection with my power company. They were honest about the install and power generation and designed a system that provides more energy than I require without me have to cut down 100+ Oak tree that is unfortunately located at a considerable savings over every other quote I received.
