We had the most horrendous experience of inefficiency and customer disregard on the part PES. In Dec. of 2022 we entered a contract to install both a solar system and full house generator. We were told that both were in stock. However, only the solar system was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. On MARCH 13th.you were still " waiting for the generator". The sales rep LIED to me and said I could cancel anytime at no cost to me up until the solar panels were installed. 10 days after signing the contract, I changed my mind about the project. Now they are saying I must pay 20% of the total project cost (around 6K) to cancel! This company is totally unethical. A SCAM. They will hear from my lawyer.
Everything has been good. Crew was respectful and organized. I would recommend. Excellent

If you are going go Solar, this is the company to use. I had mine installed 9 months ago. The initial salesperson was professional, informative, and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. Installation was hassle because my county isn’t very efficient with building permits. Once the permits were obtained, they quickly installed my unit in one day and left no mess!! ONCE INSTALLATION HAPPENS, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! You will likely experience issues with cables, micro inverters, etc. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY INSTALL THE PANELS. The sad thing about these companies is how much tax payers money they get and they couldn't care less about fellow Americans.
