PES Solar is a great company to work with. From initial interview with Jeff to the install today, it has been a worry-free experience. The young crew today(all 8 of them) were very respectful. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They cleaned up, leaving my garage cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend PES solar and look forward to lower energy bills.

This box says Tell Us What You Think--Well here is what I think--I think this company has their salespeople lie to the prospective customer telling them that they will receive a specified "offset". Then the customer purchases the panels and has them installed and the company assumes that the customer will forget about or not know how to do the math to assess if the offset promised is being met. We had the most horrendous experience of inefficiency and customer disregard on the part PES. In Dec. of 2022 we entered a contract to install both a solar system and full house generator. We were told that both were in stock. However, only the solar system was installed efficiently and in a timely manner. On MARCH 13th.you were still " waiting for the generator". MARCH 21ST.the permit was at the building dept. "Early APRIL it was installed, BUT, NOT PROPERLY and there were defects, Finally in May you submitted a warranty cl... read more

The sales rep LIED to me and said I could cancel anytime at no cost to me up until the solar panels were installed. 10 days after signing the contract, I changed my mind about the project. Now they are saying I must pay 20% of the total project cost (around 6K) to cancel! This company is totally unethical. A SCAM. They will hear from my lawyer.
