They came, they kicked ass, they left; maybe five hours and they were done. Neat and clean.

They walked me through every step of the process, kept me informed by phone and email of next steps, listed who would handle them, and made sure things moved forward smoothly. They even dealt with my HOA directly to get required forms while I was out of the country and unable to provide them.
