did a great job on my carpet
They picked up my area rug, cleaned it and then dropped it back off!!! It was so clean! It looks amazing! I even gave them another rug to clean!!! Prices are reasonable and the service was great!!! Call them you won’t be disappointed!
I have an area rug that needed MUCH attention (2 dogs and a very messy BF) and ProDry did an AMAZING Job! Wow! Flexible, courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient!! Great communication. I Highly recommend - I thought I was going to have to throw my rug out - it looks brand new. Carpet only lasts so long and can only take so much abuse! Thank you SO much for saving it!! 😃
Process was easy and they did a great job!
They did an excellent job cleaning my 5 year old area rug that had never been cleaned before. Extremely courteous and great communication. My rug came back looking and feeling like it was brand new. I would use them again!
The carpet looked good, but still had the odor where I pointed out the extra service for pet stains needed to be done. Our carpet didn't dry in 1-2 hours, more like 12-15 hours. They were in and done very, very quickly though and on time. Otherwise, it was fine.
Just has our carpets cleaned and they look great! Their team was professional and efficient. I LOVED how fast the carpets dried! With two kids running around it made it so much easier! I highly recommend them!
Excellent service. I was able to get appointment time exactly when I needed. They were extremely punctual and very professional. The carpets look beautiful.
