RecommendedProDry is very responsive! I was able to set up my appointment via email. They are very professional and prompt! I’ve used them twice and will continue to use them in the future! They do a great job, my carpets look brand new, and their products are safe for pets!
ProDry Floor Care (carpet & hardwood) does an outstanding job. Both owners Brandon and Wayne are prompt, professional and their services and equipment is sanitary which makes my home look and smell fresh. This time they added a lemon sent. Afterward, it looks like new. I have a short-haired dog that sheds and once a year I have ProDry refresh my place. I have used them three times already! I called ProDry and they were able to come the next day. The guys were very nice and did such a great job! I couldn't believe how great my basement carpet looked! I was very impressed! I would highly recommend them!

Pro Dry cleaned my oriental rugs. When my 15 year old rugs came back, they looked like new. I was so pleased. Wayne is very good at communicating when he was going to pick up and deliver. I would definitely use them again! 🌺
Always check Better Business Bureau first and make sure to take before photos and after. Alos look at the snide comments they make to customers when there is a complaint. I cant vouch for all branches of this company, but the one in west chester's manager was an immature nightmare. I could also tell that he made all his own fake 'wonderful reviews.'
They were on time and very professional. My tile in the basement looks like new. Will definitely use again!
