I will never use anyone else again! I have used Groupons via other carpet cleaning services in the past but you get what you pay for! My carpets are 14 years old and have had dogs(2), cats (3) living on them throughout the years but you would never know after Pro Dry cleaned them. They look excellent! I highly recommend their service. The cleaners were very knowledgeable also and were able to give me advice on how to keep them looking good. Price is very reasonable too.
These guys were great! They worked hard to accommodate my needs, kept me appraised of a delay, worked efficiently, did an excellent job on the carpets, and went above and beyond in getting the job done. The two gentlemen who came out were friendly and professional. Scheduling was remarkably easy, and the price was great. Highly recommended!
This job became a work in progress since I have some pet stain issues that needed more intense attention which they were able to do as they worked with it over aperiod of time. They do take their responsibility for a good job seriously which I appreciated it.
Excellent service and price. Took care of large rooms, hall, stairs and bedrooms at a very reasonable price. We'll have them again when needed. Highly recommended!
They offered a promotional on Angie's List. I called and set a date and time. They did a very professional carpet cleaning with a 14 day return if I was not satisfied. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and I will definitely call them next time I need my carpets cleaned.
The guys did an awesome job. My carpet looks as good as it did the day we moved in...7 years ago!
My carpets were embarrassing filthy thanks to five cats. After the ProDry team got finished I'm far less embarrassed now. While they will never look like new, the stains and cat remains are totally gone. Will definitely use them in the future. Well done!!!!!
