Had scheduled to have sofa and chair cleaned through offer on Angie's List. The appointment was mistakenly not added to schedule and they were a no show. Called and left message and received call following morning. Was very sorry for miscommunication and not only cleaned furniture but added one room to be cleaned as well. Appreciated their quick response for ammends and very satisfied with results.
I found this company on thumbtack and they were very quick to respond. They came out today and did a great job getting all the stains up out of our carpets. They were very friendly and did their job well. I would recommend them to my friends and family who needed their carpets cleaned.
Would never use this company again! When I talked to the gentleman over the phone to book the appointment I gave a rough estimate of what I wanted to spend and he seemed to think it would not be a problem. That was absolutely NOT the case. I actually ended up paying $150-200 more than I expected. The edge of the carpets do not look clean at all. Great work on some very dirty carpet. Fast, friendly and as promised. A pleasure to work with. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Friendly staff, quick process, low chemical smell, dried over night (much faster then other services) and the results were WOW! The cream colored carpet that our 2 young kids and years of foot traffic had turned grey are now darn near new looking. If you need carpets cleaned don't go anywhere else!
