5 stars We delt with Robert Durand. Between him and the Sales manager you cant have a better experience buying a car. From the first phone call to the financing to the delivery there is not a better place I could recommend.I drove 3 hours to get a specific hard to find car. Phenomenal customer service! I went in to test drive my Audi on a Saturday after shopping around online. John at Proctor greeted me at the door with a smile, answered all of my questions, and kept me well informed while I waited for my insurance to finish up my claim on my previous vehicle.
