I heard a lot about the customer service at Proctor Acura before I went there and they did not disappoint. Everyone was nice and they seems as though they were happy to work there and represent Acura. They also do very fast work. I was mostly impressed. However, when I picked up my car after the complimentary car wash, I noticed some of what looked like water on my dash and there was also some plastic item in my glove compartment that I did not put there. The service department at Proctor Acura is outstanding. My car was repaired and checked carefully to make sure everything was back to normal. Tim was the lead person in the service department and he kept me up to date with the problems and the repairs. Car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Staff in the office are always very nice and helpful. Proctor Acura is the best dealership we have ever dealt with and we highly recommend Proctor. Thanks Proctor for a job well done!
