I went to Proctor's Acura on Saturday, 2/17/18 for an oil change. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately met by a service adviser. He told me how many cars were in front of me and how long he estimated it would take to complete the service. Once I was in the customer lounge, I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a biscotti. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and they also offer free WiFi. I wasn't able to finish my coffee before the adviser came in and wanted to review my multi-point inspection.
