I walked into this store as a COMPLETE newbie! The sales staff are EXCELLENT and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Shannon has been a wealth of knowledge and is an excellent,patient instructor! Love my new hobby! I walked out with the excitement of a new camera that I knew I was not alone in learning the ins and outs of. Great resource for any camera enthusiast at an level!!!

Procam is my #1 local camera store. While we are fortunate to have multiple stores to chose from in the Detroit area, I drive 45 minutes each way to visit the staff at Procam. Service is excellent and the in-stock selection is second to none. Thank you Procam.

They stock many of the items I would normally have to order online. Very convenient and the customer service is excellent. The employees at PROCAM in Aurora know their stuff and are passionate about photography. All in all, a great shopping experience.

Procam is a wonderful local resource for folks who love photography, cameras, and cool stuff to support this passion. I was thrilled to negotiate a fair trade-in price for my Canon 5 D Mark II which I put towards my new Canon 6 D. I received great service during this transaction and in getting started with my new camera.
