I walked into this store as a COMPLETE newbie! The sales staff are EXCELLENT and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Shannon has been a wealth of knowledge and is an excellent,patient instructor! Love my new hobby! I walked out with the excitement of a new camera that I knew I was not alone in learning the ins and outs of. Great resource for any camera enthusiast at an level!!!

Bought a camera from them along with the best warranty they had for that camera (5 year warranty repair or replace for any reason they told me). A few months later my 2 year old dropped my camera out of the car. I took the camera in and they told me it would was a good thing I had the warranty but then started giving me the run around. They told me to leave it there and they would take care of it, but several weeks and a lot of headache later they told me I needed to come get it since there was nothing they could do. Procam is my #1 local camera store. While we are fortunate to have multiple stores to chose from in the Detroit area, I drive 45 minutes each way to visit the staff at Procam. Service is excellent and the in-stock selection is second to none. Thank you Procam.
They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with cameras and camera equipment. :) I love coming here for everything for our Photography business! <3
They stock many of the items I would normally have to order online. Very convenient and the customer service is excellent. The employees at PROCAM in Aurora know their stuff and are passionate about photography. All in all, a great shopping experience.
Only store for me is Procam for ALL photography needs
Amazing deals on photography/videography equipment. On top of that, the staff is super cool and is willing to go out of their way to find what you're looking for. Best place around!
