Absolutely LOVE going into PROCAM. Helpful staff who are extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and products they sale. This is the second time I called, came in and picked up a flash when I needed it. I got great advice on camera settings and very useful tips to assist me in my event this Saturday.

Absolutely the worst camera store I have been in and unfortunately there have been some bad ones. The salesman actually tried a bait and switch on me. I came in found the lens I wanted, told the fellow I would be in Sunday to pick it up. It was used and marked. I go in today dealing with the same salesman, who as I am purchasing gets overruled by another salesman, who then tells us, the lens I was to get was sold. Came in today for a roll of seamless paper. Ended up leaving with that a printer and a new tripod..the service was great Shawn was amazing I walked out with a gigantic smile and couldn't be happier. I am beyond please with the store and the service and everything in general even the staff was awesome and having fun with my son!!!!
Took a "road trip" last night from Port Huron and it was well worth it! It's just like a candy store! Thank you, Katie, for the tour and helping us out!
