Very appreciative that while the power has been down across all of Southeast Michigan, they kept their front desk open with a generator to provide rentals and sales still. This was crucial as I had a rental pickup!
Procam is like a giant photo/video candy store. Visit at your own peril as it's easy to find yourself wandering through the isles of gear you know you definitely need and lose track of time as you chat with the friendly, passionate people that run the shop.
Honestly it is nice to have them so close to home, but they treat photographers like they don't know anything. I would much rather travel to another shop to be treated better.
They will help you in anything you want to know about a camera. personal service!!!
