Although some staff seems friendly, today I was told that I should "actually learn how to use my camera before I do anything." I have taken photography classes and have had my camera for quite some time. Although I am a student and still have a lot to learn, that does not mean I am stupid. Talking down to customers and only offering equipment way out of their price point given is no way to make a sale. I don't recommend this shop if you are young or a beginner, but they do have a nice selection of equipment.
Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Very happy with the help I received choosing a new camera and the competitive prices. I will do all my buying through them in the future. Genuinely tried to help me find something to fit my needs and budget.
PROCAM provides all my professional needs. It's great to see a specialty retailer which stocks all photo products and provides exceptional customer service. When you spend $5000 on photo equipment you will have questions on how to use it and you need experts to talk too which you cannot get from the internet. The owner, George, is always willing to help and has the best staff to assist me with my needs.
Had a very bad experience after they clean mi camera ,I went to pick up and the shutter was stuck and they want to sell me another camera, not asume responsability if they break you gear...take care . THE OWNER WAS THERE AND HE DIDNT CARE.
