RecommendedWent in yesterday to get camera maintenance done. Guys looked at my camera and advised I didn’t need what I thought I needed. Super helpful, could have charged, me but talked me out of the work. Honesty is hard to find these days. So I dropped some cash on Peak Designs stuff. With which they were very knowledgeable

Very knowledgable but not pushy. Staff (including the owner) was very willing to chat and help. Had exactly what I wanted in inventory and ready to go. Couldn't be happier and will be back soon.

Don't get me wrong, ProCam is staffed with knowledgable people, but whenever I've gone in there and needed help I walk out feeling like I haven't been taken seriously as a photographer and customer. Perhaps if I wasn't a college student I'd have a different experience. Maybe only seasoned photographers get respect here.
Went in there looking for a CF card today. Apparently they only carry one brand of card and for a 32gb it's $100! For a 32gb memory card? I understand that it's a 150mb/sec card but I can get a sandisk extreme 160mb/sec card of the same size for half that price! What a rip-off. Way to rape your customers on the small stuff.
Great selection but the staff is by far the best I've ever encountered. I will not shop elsewhere! The owner is amazing and has always been so kind and helpful. Love this place!
