After having an ACL reconstruction and PLC reconstruction, Conor emphasised the importance of the PLC reconstruction to me. We were able to devise a rehab program for a return to sport. I’ve previously had ACL surgery and been having some knee pain over the last 4 months, I attempted Physiotherapy in a number of places but none were able to find the source of my pain and weakness. I was given lots of exercises which only worked in the short term for a few days. After seeing Conor, he was able to identify the root of my problem and tailor my rehab plan to my goals and needs. Thank you Conor! I have been struggling for some time now with my ankle and all I have wanted to do is get back to playing football. I have been suffering with a dodgy shoulder for the last 18 months and have had countless injections, scans and reviews from various professions and was giving up on having a ‘normal’ shoulder again.
