Clean up could have been better but price was very reasonable
Neighbors etc. were complaining due to the fact they never came back to pick up the wood, & tree barks. I was told they would come back the very next morning and it never happened. I called Antonio and he never answered. 2 wks. later the Village of Franklin Pk came and told me they failed to finish the job and that they were supposed to pick it up. So the Village were left to handle and were not pleased about it. Because of this incident, do not know if I would recommend their service.
Pro Tree Service performed an excellent job of removing my pine tree. The initial contact with the firm was immediate and so was the turnaround time. I did not expect the fee to be so reasonable either. I would definitely recommend Pro Tree to anyone looking for recommendations.

Discussed options during the trimming operation, were very efficient. cleaned up after finishing. will use them again.
They were fast, very safem and considerate of personal property. Everything was finished and cleaned up in one hour! Great Job!
The workers were personable and very courteous and they did their work in a timely matter.
I requested quotes from three nearby companies. Pro Tree offered the lowest price, so I used them. Their crew was fast and efficient, did a great job, cleaned everything up. Coincidentally, when they came, I had just finished cutting dead branches from all the bushes lining my back yard, but hadn't bundled them up yet to discard. When I went out later to finish this chore, I discovered the crew had even removed all these branches. A nice surprise.
