Fast, efficient, polite and economical!
We took a star off from customer service because we were not given any updates about when they were coming so a whole day was wasted just waiting around and they did not come. It would be so much better if we had been told and given the status rather than calling them more than a few times. However when they finally came the service and the equipment was the finest we have ever experienced!
I hired this company to removed two large trees in my backyard, they were very careful not to damage any cable or power lines, however, their work was very sloppy they left holes in my backyard were they let portions of the tree fall to the ground and left small branches from the tree and sawdust on top of my garage and all over my backyard they should clean up after themselves. I can not recommend this company to anyone.
On time, finished before time and cleaned up and they were all courteous and nice. I wood recommend them.
The price, I felt was a little high for size of the tree.
ProTree removed a very large spruce tree that was in a very tight location with power lines and pruned a fir tree after the Chicago Blizzard of November 2018 for me. They did a very good job at a good price.
Job well done. On Time, clean and fast.
