Excellent work amd friendly people to work with.
A great job at a fair price. They came when I couldn't be there, removed the tree to the specifications I asked for, clean up was excellent. I could not be happier. John was great to work with. I will use Pro Tree Service again.
There was a language barrier which caused a problem. Other than that they did good work. Pricing was good. Needs to send someone that can communicate in English as crew is predominately Spanish-speaking.
Business response:
Gerry - Thank you very much for your candid feedback. Our crew leader is bilingual and able to address any issues / concerns as they arise. No issues were reported with respect to your project. Feel free to reach out to me directly with any further concerns. Regards, John Baio Owner Pro Tree Service P: 708-424-5885
I live out of the state in which the work was done. This could have been difficult. I worked mostly with Marie and she was extremely helpful and responsive. I made the decision to use their company on December 16, and the work was complete before noon on Monday December 17. Everything was done per the quote and cleaned up afterward. Breat job Marie!
They contacted us right away did the job the next day they were very organized and efficient
They came out done job that day although they had to come back and remove the log. Their work was excellent would recommend to anyone and price was reasonable.
They were great. Already recommended them to a friend. Great value and great work!
The owner Gerardo and his staff were very professional. They were friendly, explained what they were doing as they worked and and let me know what to expect later. They removed the cut trees as well. Tx! Pryor
fine. I would use again if necessary.
