Quick and timely. My only issue is that they came unexpectedly and didn’t call beforehand. It was lucky I was home.

I had a tree in my front yard cut down and removed. The workers were supposed to remove the stump the same day. I was told that they did not have the necessary equipment with them to complete the job. I was told by the owner's son, who was supervising the work, that someone would be back in 1-2 days to remove the stump. It has been two weeks and the stump is still there. It is very difficult to reason someone. No matter how many messages are left, no one returns the calls.
Workers were dropping branches on a cable wire, my roof, and neighbor’s roof. Also were dragging branches through plant beds. Workers were rude with bad attitudes and did poor clean up.

Quick and professional. I was amazed at how quickly the trees were trimmed and taken down. Only complaint, they came a day early and we weren?t expecting them. Good clean up.
