Quick and timely. My only issue is that they came unexpectedly and didn’t call beforehand. It was lucky I was home.
Had scheduling issues due to rain. But delivered service as promised.
they were extremely professional cost effective and did a really good job and i was very impressed.
They did a good job. and exactly what I expected
I had a tree in my front yard cut down and removed. The workers were supposed to remove the stump the same day. I was told that they did not have the necessary equipment with them to complete the job. I was told by the owner's son, who was supervising the work, that someone would be back in 1-2 days to remove the stump. It has been two weeks and the stump is still there. It is very difficult to reason someone. No matter how many messages are left, no one returns the calls.
Workers were dropping branches on a cable wire, my roof, and neighbor’s roof. Also were dragging branches through plant beds. Workers were rude with bad attitudes and did poor clean up.
Business response:
Greetings Ryan, The work was completed without any personnel issues or damage to property as claimed above. The bill was also paid in full without issue. As discussed prior to accepting our proposal, the plant beds were an obstruction to completing the work needed for your project. Thanks, -John
Very professional, punctual, great price (compared to other area services who also provided estimates). Geraldo was very helpful answering our questions, explaining things, etc. I would highly recommend Pro Tree Service
Quick and professional. I was amazed at how quickly the trees were trimmed and taken down. Only complaint, they came a day early and we weren?t expecting them. Good clean up.
