Chris was fantastic! He asked what I might be concerned about so he could double check for me. He also took the time throughout to show me things and teach me...the fireplace, HVAC filter location and size, if a fuse were to trip, where to reset it (strange location in the half bath!). Great experience and thorough report. Thanks :)
Matt Dubois was our inspector and we were amazed at his knowledge and thoroughness. He inspected everything from the large to the small. His services were worth was every penny of the cost and made us feel we knew exactly what we were getting with the newly purchased home. No surprises loom.
