RecommendedPro-Tec was awesome! Accommodating to my schedule/ availability. The inspector that I had, Rob Lens, was super friendly, experienced, and also very informative! He definitely knows his stuff, I am a plumber myself so I deal with home inspectors on a frequent basis. I know an experienced inspector when I see one.... he had vast knowledge of ALL the “little things” and made it a point to inform me and explain everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend pro-tec.

RecommendedAnother well done home inspection by Scott at ProTec! Scott is always very thorough, answers client questions and is available for follow up. Yesterday's inspection was for 1st time home buyers who also have allergy and asthmatic concerns, - Scott addressed my clients questions and concerns like a true professional! My only complaint, if I can call it a complaint, is how quickly Scott gets booked up :)
