RecommendedI use ProTec as my goto recommendation for home inspections and they are on the top of my recommendation list that I give my customers. They take their time, do a thorough job, answer all questions, set reasonable expectations, and are wonderful with their customers.
Our inspector, Phil, left us relaxed and confident by delivering a very professional report complete with the voice of experience and a dose of humor. It was much less painful to hear what needed repair than I expected and we would highly recommend ProTec not only for their attitude and clarity but for their thoroughness as well.
ProTec inspection was on time and on target with an inspector who was customer oriented, knowledgeable and on point with what we needed to know. We have bought and lived in 5 houses from the start of our working lives to retirement and he was head and shoulders above the rest. Clear value in a service you should not buy a home without.
