We are so appreciative of the exceptional work by our inspector Bruce Selby. He is extrememly knowledgable, thorough, detail oriented, and wonderful at explaining things in a way that a layperson can understand them. Since the inspection, he made himself available to respond to follow up questions from a nervous new homeowner like me. His assessment helped us know what we can anticipate and remediate in our new home. I recommend Pro-Tech absolutely and Bruce, in particular.
