RecommendedBrad Hopkin and Rob, his assistant, just performed an inspection for us today. We are not selling our home, but wanted to know what we might need to fix/upgrade in the future. They were very thorough and professional, beginning in our yard to check the grading around the house. They then checked out the roof and chimney before inspecting the interior of the house. Very professional explained everything in detail did thorough walk-through high-quality service
Don’t recommend them! We had a throbbed experience with our home inspection. Apparently they find it fit it change their policies but not to notify or to add the change to their contract. After closing our home we ended up with multiple plumbing issues, which were never reported in the inspection. We reached out to the company but the customer service was terrible and rude. All they said was “ our policies changed and it’s not our fault that 3 of your toilets are leaking and don’t work “. We asked why they weren’t inspected ... read more
