I have been using Pro Steam for the past 6 years to clean my carpet. I HIGHLY recommend them!! There customer service and technicians are extremely professional!!!!!! Overall ProSteam did a great job! The tech was professional and courteous, provided me an estimate before he started and priced out the additional services I asked about with no pushy sales job. He pretreated a couple of old spots that looked good after the cleaning, but reappeared after the carpet dried. Our carpets are older and "well used" so didn't expect them to look perfect. Only issue was it did take quite a bit longer to dry than anticipated (closer to 24 hours). Still very happy with the job they did! Thank you!

The ceiling in my baby’s room fell in and left the carpet HEAVILY soiled. When the contractor finished with the ceiling, I couldn’t wait to stop room-sharing and sleep again, but the carpet was so bad even after shopvac it was leaving black on feet, knees, and hands immediately. I called prosteam very close to 5pm and they were able to get someone to me the next day. They sent me ***** who made me an upfront estimate and let me know there was an option to sanitize (helpful for crawling baby) but didn’t push to sell anything ... read more

The gentleman who did the cleaning was great! He was nice and efficient and was patient. However, he had to be patient due to the fact that I had to move things and vacuum since no one at the office told me what he should expect when he arrived. This was my first ever steam cleaning and didn't know already. But all together my experience was great.
