My apologies - I have forgotten the young man's name who cleaned my carpet. He called to say he was able to arrive early. I appreciate that call. He was polite and very professional. He listened to what i had to say and was very helpful in his responses and explanations. And, of course, he did a GREAT job on 11 year old sale price carpet with no original stain guard. I also highly appreciate the confirmations from the very pleasant person in the office. I would definitely recommend ProSteam Carpet Care.

ProSteam was very helpful and friendly when I called to make my initial appointment. The guy Tory that came and cleaned my carpet was very professional, helpful and friendly! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone

After filling out an online request, ProSteam called us within the hour. I told them what our problem was - dryer was giving an error message, dryer vent needed cleaned, and outside cover needed replaced. We set up an appointment the next day. They did an excellent service getting most of that finished for us. However, they did not replace the cover, but said they would the next day. They did . . . . then they presented us the bill . . . . $65 more than what we were told originally. Just be careful. Their technicians are not... read more

When Mr. *** called our office regarding a dryer vent cleaning I told him it would be $99 for the first 10 feet he then mentioned that there were some repairs that need to be done I then told him the technician would have to price that out for him at the home when my technician *** arrived he cleaned the dryer vent for $99 also leveled the dryer and repaired a hose and also repaired or helped the customer fix his garage door which is a service we do not provide my technician then told him he would have to go to ***** and pur... read more
