I’ve had ProSteam clean my carpets a couple times and they always do an amazing job! I was able to get my deposit back on my last apartment after they came and cleaned the carpet for me. I highly recommended them for all of your carpet cleaning needs!

I needed to get my vents cleaned and was calling around to different companies. I got in touch with this company, and they had a price on their advertisement. When I discussed what I needed done, they actually gave me a much lower price quote then what the first price was. By far lower then any other company I talked to as well. I made an appointment for upholstery cleaning. They gave a window on the specific day between 11 am - 2 pm for the cleaning service. The person didn't arrive until 2:45 pm only to inform me that he wasn't prepared for the job. For our apartment on the third floor extra hosing was needed, which they didn't bring even after I explained our third floor circumstances over the phone. I just wanted to give a shout out to Prosteam for cleaning my carpets. My cat had gotten very old and began to potty outside of the litter box. She went on the carpet and I actually caught her going into the vent! They offer a guaranteed pet odor remover. My house is now fresh smelling again. I do need to call them again, just realized cat had peed on my rug. Ugh
I had my carpet cleaned on 3-1-17. Steve, the tech, did a fantastic job and was open and honest, answering all my queries. I am absolutely pleased and will refer Pro Steam to anyone looking for their services
I had my rugs and carpets cleaned and everything turned out great. My rug showed new life again and carpets looked great. When scheduling appointment the office was easy to talk to and the technician that came out was great. Would recommend this company to everybody.
