Will not use this company again My area rugs cost more than twice what the carpet charge was, yet, they were 80% less area to clean. They were no cleaner when finished. It was a "we will give you a price when we get there" thing. Also charged a mileage fee, never charged that before. Extremely disappointed. Will look for a new company in the future.

We do also have a 10$ travel fee over 30 miles the receptionist should of told you this if not it is in our pre appointment email. We would love to keep you as a customer and would like to offer you a free room cleaning. Thank you
We are very satisfied with ProSteam Carpet Care. All personnel were professional and friendly. Office was very accommodating in terms of scheduling and their employee called on his way and was on time. We appreciated having the price of job upfront from carpet cleaner after he discussed what we wanted done and determined square footage of area to be cleaned. We will use ProSteam again and would highly recommend them.

We were thrilled with the service. There was one area they missed only because of a missunderstanding on our end and when we called them back they cheerfully returned to fix the missed area because they "stand behind every job". They will be our go to rug cleaners for the forseeable future. You cannot go wrong with Prosteam!

******* arrived on time and had also given me a heads up when he was on his way. He spent a lot of time at the beginning of the appointment answering my questions and making sure that I got exactly what I wanted out of the cleaning. He did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets and even removing stains on the steps that I didn't think were possible to get out! I felt comfortable letting him into my home and would highly recommend.
