I had such a good experience with Pro Steam! The in home estimate was extra nice so there were no surprises. I was getting a villa ready to sell and after lifting tarps from the painters realized that they had spilled sodas on the beige carpet, 4 or 5 stains to be exact! Pro Steam got them up in no time with a very personable professional gentleman. They also installed a carpet in a walk-in closet because the other carpet was so worn. It was perfectly done. Quick service very professional and friendly staff. Made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning and checked back after the carpets were done to make sure I was satisfied.

ProSteam’s representative contacted us ahead of time to confirm the appointment and arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable about the cleaning process, courteous, and had his paperwork prepared. We are pleased with the work he completed for us and can recommend this company to others.
Although it was training day for one of the employees, they did great job. They explained what they would be doing and about how long it would take for everything to dry. I was also told that if there was anything else needed, like a deep cleaning, that they would let me know and how much extra it would be. There was no Beating around the Bush , everything was straightforward and that's what I like.
