I feel they will rip you off if you let them! They charged me 395$ to clean my sectional. The tech took 30 min on it only. After he left I thought price seemed much higher than the last time I used them a yr ago. So I spoke with the manager who said my last cleaning was 130$ and that was only bc the tech now quoted me. Now he said the 395$ is the going rate. He was extremely rude. I should have known Better when the tech showed up and said he didnt like cleaning upholstery! Buyer beware. Unethical business!

Hi ***** it looks like we have done work for you on 5 different occasions and I am sorry that you feel this way, but sectionals are priced by the piece and also depends on if it is over sized or has loose back pillows. A 3 cushioned couch starts at ****** love seats start at $99 and a ***** starts at $99 as well. Can you tell me the pieces Of the sectional or send a picture? We are family owned and do try our best to make sure every customer is happy. Thank you, **** *****

I scheduled to have our air ducts and returns cleaned. When the technician arrived he said that they do NOT do ceiling vents. I stated that our vents were in the ceiling during the scheduling process. I am frustrated that my time was wasted waiting around for the appointment.

It sounds like from what you explained the company you hired didnt perform any work for you and was maybe being honest about not being able to do the cleaning. I left a review on 7/15/2022 that I would like to update. Pro Steam responded to my review and sent another technician to resolve my issue of not getting the edges and corners clean on the initial cleaning. He recleaned ALL of my carpets. I did not ask them to this. He was meticulous and polite and worked so hard. I would use them again.

I found the technician to be pleasant and hard working. I have not complaint about him at all. However, when I showed him corners and edges that were still dirty after he was finished. He said the equipment didn't allow him to get close enough to clean deep into the corners and edges. I accepted this and thought my husband and I would have to hand clean the corners and edges ourselves after paying $281 to get our carpets cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They committed to clean our carpet and tile today between 1 and 3pm. The technician showed up, took measurements, told me to move everything (all furniture) into the garage and that he would be back at 3pm. He never showed back up and the managers basically called me a liar for claiming that the technician said he would come back! Now I have all my furniture in the garage and no way to live in the my house. This cost my husband 1/2 day off work to help move the furniture.

This review is absolutely false, this customer had an appointment between 1pm. And 4pm. which means we can arrive between those hours. Our technician arrived at 1:15 to start the cleaning. This customer was in the process of moving and was no where near ready to have the cleaning done and asked if our technician could wait until 4 or after to start the cleaning. This company has the WORST COMMUNICATION! I was scheduled to have a window between 10 and 1 for arrival, but I wanted them to have a credit card on file; therefore that pushed my window out until 2. Well Tory arrived at 4 alone without the unit needed to handle the job. He had to leave and return to his office to pick up a portable unit. (You think someone could have ran it out to him) Now he returns, but the equipment he has does not work. I was completely disappointed in ProSteam Carpet Care. The first tech was a nice young man, but he completely soaked by sofa which took two days to dry and was still dirty when it did dry. They did send a second tech out after two calls who did a much better job, except that he missed the front edges of all three cushions. My apologies - I have forgotten the young man's name who cleaned my carpet. He called to say he was able to arrive early. I appreciate that call. He was polite and very professional. He listened to what i had to say and was very helpful in his responses and explanations. And, of course, he did a GREAT job on 11 year old sale price carpet with no original stain guard. I also highly appreciate the confirmations from the very pleasant person in the office. I would definitely recommend ProSteam Carpet Care.
