Very disappointed this year in the new way to see Santa!!!! No where does it say that you need a pass to see Santa. To turn kids down was very upsetting to me!! We have been coming here for years and this is just crap what yall have turned into!!! Will NEVER again come back to your store!!!! Horrible horrible horrible how yall treated kids this year! Super disappointed in your Christmas area this year YOu had the least amount of activities this year and the people working were so rude!! Santa was the RUDEST Santa I have ver seen He did no even want to hold my 18 month old He kept telling me to come get the baby because she was trying to touch his outfit. I enjoy the store , but after today's visit I am extremely disappointed in the service. Our main mission was to get our son's picture with Santa today. The pictures stopped at 5pm, we got there around 3:35pm. They were out of the passes before 3, but we figured we'd still manage a picture. We went to get in line a little after 4 & were told that without a pass we couldn't get our son's picture! There was barely a line & yet we were still told no. We had a great time today in the Santa wonderland. Everyone was polite and friendly. I love that it wasn't just a simple photo with Santa but they had several other events and activities.
Had an amazing day here with my dog. She got her picture taken with Santa too!!
