Last night we went out as a family to eat, shop, and go to Bass Pro to see the your "Winter Wonderland". There was no line to see Santa, so we walked up to see him. To make a long story short, Santa didn't even acknowledge that there was a kid in his lap. Santa was so rude to my husband and I, I left with tears in my eyes. Had a wonderful expeience!! Love this place it's one of my favorites.
I enjoyed my time. Especially the kids. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Fun activities for my little ones. It was crowded but I expect that,it is the holidays after all. I got there as soon as it open. And was able to get my Kids pic with Santa in about a hour. I suggest to get there early and do the Santa pic first and after that let the kids have fun. I got done at 1:30 with everything. I will be going back again
*I AM PRO 2nd AMENDMENT but Please explain to me the logic of your carry policy by telling a man who has a 9mm loosely hanging out of his pocket for any child to grab that it's ok to take your pistol into the Santa exhibit but not ok to take into the mall? I'd love to see what the media would say about it? Also your Santa experience is awful, started late, rude employees, and what kind of a Santa gets upset for parents trying to make their children smile? Normally love that place but Santa was amazing but went to check out and they could not take debt cards so we waited forever and the cashier was very rude I'm not sure of I'll be going back there again

We go every year to see Santa!!! The store is amazing!!! mine and my kids all time favorite store in the mall!!!!
