STAY AWAY from any BPS / Redhead footwear!!! Literally had 3 separate pairs of wading boots completely disintegrate the moment they hit the water. Extremely low quality, and EXTREMELY rude customer service. Hopefully Bass Pro doesn't ruin Cabelas too.

Have been saving my bass pro gift cards for three years. Went to the Lawrenceville store last night to cash them in for a new graph. It was unavailable in the store and the customer service folks went above and beyond to not only get it ordered but to help me cash in all those cards -which took until closing time! Excellent Service!

I can walk around that place all day and I always leave wi th things I didn't even need! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the people asking over and over about signing up for stuff right in the middle of the store. Did I mention anytime you walk by.... over and over! Love the house wears, boots, clothing, the variety of bait, and always love the gun dept!
This place is Awesome! Tim in the fishing department was too cool and very patient. Thanks for all the help and guidance.
Very disappointed in this BPS location. Phone recording says store is open until 10:00pm on New Year's Day.. Well, we drove over an hour to use Christmas gift cards only to find out they decided to close at 7:00. Contacted store manager only for him to tell us he was unaware of the time stated on the recording. �

I apologize for just responding now, for some reason I'm not getting all notifications. I don't understand why this happened because the New Year's holiday was on a Sunday and we are never open until 10pm especially on Sundays. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, we are currently looking into it!
