Iam handicap and needed a wheelchair they had one it was broken . I asked several people for help and no one knew anything . I ended up spending the whole time sitting in front of the fish tank. Plus they had "face painting" not face paint didn't dry and stained my son's face red.
I used to love coming here, but after today's visit I will be giving my business somewhere else. This store has the worst customer service ever. Nobody is willing to help with anything. I asked for help in the shoe department, all the employee had to do was just inform me of my size was available. She simply didn't even check just told me no. I've recently heard bass pro coming under fire for Santa's dealings with special needs children. I felt compelled to say as a special needs mom, Santa and his crew as bass pro in Lawrenceville was very accommodating with us and I appreciate it. After being asked to park our stroller in the back of the line, I mentioned needing a minute to unhook my daughter from her pump.
