Horrible customer service. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while one guy helped another customer. Group of female employees stood a few feet away, never acknowledged us. The guy then took a customer that had just walked up. Never even acknowledging us. Not how you get sales or customers.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE GEAR GUARD PREMIUM PROTECTION! When they sold it to me, I was told that it would cover replacing the item. She neglected to tell me that I would have to pay tax on the item. AGAIN. Why am I paying tax on an even swap. Will never shop here again. Employees not helpful at all. At least be honest with your customers.
