Install a central heating system in 2020. There are always problems. I contacted them this time, they refused to come out to check. Totally unacceptable for a over £10000 installation. AVOID.
We have now used Pro Heating on 3 residential properties and 2 commercial refurbishments. Cannot recommend Nolan, Alphie an the team enough. Professional, honest, reliable efficient, transparent, affordable and all the other words that one would never put with trades. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH we will never use anyone else ever. Such a incredible find.....
Utterly poor service even at Quote level I contacted them in Aug 2020 for underfloor heating quote, since then I made numerous calls, every-time they come up with answer to come back but never reply back. not sure if these people interested in only one section of the customers work and how they survived in business if they are not interested in getting the work from the potential customers. Finally fed up of chasing them and went with a different installer.
Excellent service provided, we had Alfie replace an old boiler as we planned to fit a new kitchen around it and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was polite, tidy and honest whilst clearly taking pride in the quality of his work. Fully recommended.
