Would've been better asking my 7 year old sister to renovate my house. James O'Rourke is a conman. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with O'Rourke Developments Ltd / Pro-Found Building Consultants Ltd. Their work caused serious issues to our property, including huge financial losses, and deadlines never met. Personable service with a thorough and detailed survey - would use again!
James has just completed a Level 3 Survey for me, the report was very comprehensive and informative. I found him to be very professional but also very approachable, supportive and helpful. He took time to explain all the problems highlighted and possible solutions and/or options available. He has also saved me a lot of money and heartache as his report uncovered a lot more problems than anticipated, thank you. I would thoroughly recommend James to undertake a RICS Level 3 Survey.
