Poor job done on bathroom renovation & other jobs. Poor communication and didn't check things properly before doing the work. They installed a different item than what we bought, and not in the way that we requested (extractor fan installation). They also asked us to send them the links to the light fittings we wanted so they could confirm they would work in our place. I am a returning customer. Kaloyan and his team did a brilliant job of our bathroom, so we asked him to come back to install a new kitchen for us. Kaloyan and his team managed the whole process and followed up with the supplier to sort incorrect deliveries. We are delighted with our kitchen. Highly recommended.

Kaloyan and his team did my bathroom 3 years ago and now I contacted him to renovate my kitchen,install wood floor and decorate.I am very happy with the teams work.Very considerate and leaving the house clean every evening.Communication with us was great and even small issues was solved immediately.I highly recommend Pro-Build.
