They booked viewing.. then I found out property is already let to someone else.. These people didn't inform me. And on the day of viewing I called them then they said viewing is cancelled.. is it a joke?? I suggest please learn how to run business..

I was interested to rent property, im on benefits and my son snd husband full time working. Been told by agent what property not for people on benefits, even if we have good income for paying rent and we paid similar rent to different agency for ages. You broken laws. Unbelievable. Had a terrible experience from this agency. Just before the scheduled appointment they have canceled it without any prior notice. When we tried to inform them about the disappointment the receptionist staff were responded in an unprofessional manner. Very disappointing and would not recommend this property to anyone. I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with this agency regarding a serious water leak in my flat. Despite reporting the issue promptly, I’ve received no communication or assistance in nearly a week. The leak caused significant damage to my property, including furniture, and left my flat with a terrible odour that I’ve been struggling to manage on my own.
