We are a wonderful, small clinic that provides excellent Veterinary services with a smile and extremely reasonable pricing. In May 2018, we remodeled the clinic...we painted the entire clinic, poured new solid flooring and built on a new surgery room. The new staff is not friendly, we were not told our vet had left the hospital and that we would be seeing a new vet who didn’t seem to care at all about our dog’s problems. We were pushed in and out without any smiles or “have a nice day.” We’ve been visiting this vet for over 2 years with Dr. Bouton and have never had such a horrible experience. Will be switching our vet immediately.
RecommendedOur first experience was great. They were quick to get us back, and were wonderful with our Kitty!
It was my first time there with my baby and services are ok; will make another appt for my other baby.
I've known Mrs.Brenda for over 18 yrs and has always been about taking care of her customer's she has always been stand up and honest would recommend her to any one with a pet

Dont wast your time! there scared of dogs acting like dogs. they think every dog needs a muzzle and they dont muzzle dogs. REALLY?

Just so you know...we only muzzle a dog if he is aggressive and only ONE of my doctors does NOT want to muzzle, so we try to schedule aggressive dogs on other days. I do not believe any of my staff is afraid of dogs, just respectful of their teeth! I am sorry if we did not meet your expectations, because our clinic is awesome. Perhaps you could try us again with a different doctor on duty? I would appreciate it if you would call to speak to me personally. (Brenda - 863-816-5815)

Privileged Critters Animal Hospital, Inc. gave that 1st visit free which allowed me to see that's it's not just people working .. it's a "family" taking care of loved ones basically...I've never been comfortable leaving my baby overnight, or dropping off while at work since the bad experience I had years ago at the previous clinic I went to ..... now having been with Priviledged Critters for as long as we have, I know they are safe in your (everyones) care, I know you (all) will treat my babies like your own ... every chance... read more

i took my 8 week old polly there for an URI and they were great taking care of her. i was fit into the offices schedule and i cant thank them all enough. i plan to continue going here in the future with all my babies.! recommended 5 stars!
