The treatment you receive at Jacketts Field is good but they never answer the phone. I called all afternoon to cancel an appointment and the only time they answered, it was a recorded message stating they were closed! It would be helpful if the text they sent confirming your appointment provided the means to cancel if necessary.
Attended here for physio after having a knee replacement ,excellent caring staff,so knowledgeable
1) Not too sure why this is marked as private as I'm sat in reception as an NHS patient. 2) I was referred by A+E at Watford General but still was given a pink appointment card which references Circle MSK who have be totally disastrous to deal with and be treated by. 3) I'm on my third visit I have not been touched by a Physiotherapist and so wonder what they hope to achieve but I hope they will achieve something soon. If it helps, there's a vending machine in reception with snacks and drinks.
