This place is amazing. They helped my son with his ear infections and made him feel so much better. The staff is awesome.
This hospital is the most efficient hospital around, and has awesome employees. They go out of their way to accommodate you “even when you get your appointment time and day wrong. Definitely rated a 10 in my opinion!!!
We got there and got in right on time I hate waiting if you don’t keep me waiting more than twenty minutes and great service then you good with me my doctor was great
This hospital’s E.R is how I wish every hospital could be. I was over an hour from home and alone. From the time I walked through the door to the time I was discharged I was treated like my health was the most important thing on my health team’s list. I think this is the best experience I’ve ever had at any E.R. Thanks for setting the bar high.
best hospital experience I've ever had except of course, the day my daughter was born. PHBP is lovely, clean and every single staff member, doctor, nurse, tech, etc have been so nice and kind and caring... made me feel like I was the only patient they had. I never want to come to the hospital but if I do, this is where I'll come. 5+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
