Had to wait an hour to see my doctor and I like her just ridiculous ..
RecommendedNurses were very nice long
Waited 2 hours to be called to the back and waited another hour to be looked at. The nurse never came in, I had to go to the desk and ask for someone. At that point they sent a Doctor in to see me. And when I say “see” that’s all they did. Took vitals and a strep test then ordered a CT scan. I came in for HORRIBLE throat pain. It got worse today and the discharge papers say “for advice” call if any of the symptoms on the paper appeared. Well, I called and they are not allowed to give advice over the phone. I came in with severe abdominal pain, was diagnosed with gallstones. Surgery was recommended and was successful. Every single person that I came into contact with at this hospital, was very nice, friendly and genuine! I felt safe and reassured that I would be OK. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean.
I am now going on 35 minutes waiting for someone to answer their dang phone!!!! This is the second time I have been unable to get through!!! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL FOLKS ... seems you're more concerned about putting dollars in your pocket rather than concern about your patients. How are you to get questions answered if you can't talk to ANYONE but a dang mindless computer which says over and over We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Avoid this place at all costs. This is the shittiest ER I've ever been in. The wait time was 10 hours.
4 hour wait and front desk in ER are rude and racist
