So many issues. I've been waiting since last Wednesday for a repeat prescription with horrible side effects. The pharmacy has been nice enough to lend me some tablets. The next issue is the fact I have been waiting all day for an urgent call with a GP and heard nothing. I am in serious pain, and have a history of meningitis and the receptionist said "they will get to me when they get to me" ridiculous service and I am sick of begging for simple requests to be met.

I saw a Doctor 2 weeks ago and he prescribed me medication. I was told to make a review appointment after 2 weeks to check everything was okay. Just off the phone and actually had the receptionist laugh at my request to book an appointment for a different day this week. I know there are appointments available as I was given one 2 weeks ago for the following day after I called which they claim are emergency appointments only. This is a disgrace and receptionists shouldn't be so rude to patients worried about their health. A y... read more

My family have been patients of priory Surgery going back to my great grandparents we were one of the first family's to register with them when Dr lindsay and Blair set up the Bangor branch when it was in a house in rathmore road (that wasn't yesterday) They stopped ones that went over early to queue to get a call back from the Dr saying that they were bringing in a new system and it would stop the scramble for appointments but it only made things 10x worse most of the staff are ignorant and rude and make you feel that your ... read more
