This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was in here with my family looking to purchase some home decor, when my younger brother picked up a curtain wrap with tassels and asked what it was, the lady behind the till shouted “ITS NOT A BLOODY TOY SO PUT IT BACK RIGHT NOW” which he did, then proceeded to watch him with beady eyes at every single item he looked at, when we were about to purchase some fake flowers. A lovely shop selling lots of beautiful things - many items for gifts and soft furnishings as well as curtain making. The staff are helpful and kind and give a excellent service - thoroughly recommended and well worth a visit
