If you are looking for help that's specific to your needs then avoid this place by all means. Spent 24 hours in complete distress and no help to mange or understand what im feeling. I have adhd, cptsd and loads more that hasn't been diagnosed yet. That I hoped to do here, all they can deal with is anxiety or depression of it's deeper they can't do nor want to do anything....
